Thank you for being a valued member of the Abatement Technologies family, we are grateful to be a manufacturer of products that can help during global emergencies. We work with many healthcare facilities and essential service companies and many of our customers are impacted significantly by the coronavirus COVID-19.

We have taken proactive measures inside of our company, production plants and warehouse branches to ensure the wellness and safety of our teams, and also that of visitors and suppliers to all of our locations. We wanted to share with you how we are managing our ongoing work and what our plans are in the event that any of our locations are impacted by what is now considered a global pandemic by the World Health Organization.


Our teams across North America will be available as normal, operating on their regular schedules. Your primary channels of communication with us will remain intact. Our sales, customer service, and administration team members are fully equipped to operate as normal, remotely if necessary. We are also taking additional measures to ensure the safety of our production and logistics staff to allow us to continue to produce and fulfill orders.


As long as we can sustain the supply of our raw materials, we will continue to manufacture our equipment as fast as possible while keeping our production staff in a healthy work environment, carrying on in normal operating mode.


We will continue to replenish purchased goods from our trusted, partner brands, as long as their supply chains are not disrupted. Global demand for PPE products has created a significant strain on the supply chain for them and our purchasing teams are working all available channels to maintain a flow of these important items.


We are limiting site visits to essential needs only and request a video conference in place of in-person meetings. If you have to visit any of our locations, we ask that you please use the provided hand sanitizer upon entry or wash your hands if sanitizer is not available. If you or your staff are picking up orders, we ask that you use the recommended social distancing methods to avoid close contact and our staff will do the same. We have also postponed all AIRE GUARDIAN Academy training courses at all of our sites.


While the risk in our area is currently low, we believe that a proactive response is the best measure to ensuring that our team is safe and prepared in the event that the risk to our immediate community becomes greater. To mitigate increased risks our teams will request phone or video conferences in place of in-person meetings for the foreseeable future and we have suspended all company travel until such time it is determined the level of risk of exposure has been eliminated.
