Foster First Defense™ 40-80 Disinfectant and Odor Remover

Foster First Defense Disinfectant 40-80 is a convenient, ready-to-use EPA registered formulation that kills odor-causing bacteria and inhibits the growth of mold and mildew. This all-in-one “disinfectant, cleaner, fungicide, mildewstat, germicide and deodorizer” is designed for use in water damage restoration and for clean-up of mold and microbe impacted porous and non-porous materials. Foster First Defense 40-80 ships full strength and does not require customers to dilute corrosive or dangerous concentrate.

Foster 40-20™ Fungicidal Protective Coating for HVAC Duct Systems

Foster 40-20 is an EPA registered, antimicrobial coating for HVAC duct systems. Foster 40-20 is formulated to effectively prevent the spread of mold and odor causing bacteria on its surface in areas such as walls, ceilings, pipes and interior/exterior surfaces of HVAC duct systems. Its tough elastic, decorative finish is resistant to most industrial chemicals and it is ultra-flexible to allow for movement without splitting, which prevents lodging places for bacteria.

Foster Full Defense 40-25™ Fungicidal Protective Coating

Foster Full Defense 40-25 is an EPA registered coating that kills residual mold and mildew and protects surfaces from mold re-growth. Its high coverage, breathable coating is designed to provide long term fungicidal protection in residential and commercial mold remediation projects. Full Defense is a breathable coating that may be applied to damp building materials, so they are protected during the drying process.

Foster Sheer Defense™ 40-51 Mold Resistant Clear Coat

Foster Sheer Defense 40-51 is a mold resistant clear coat that provides excellent resistance to mold growth in mold remediation, construction and remodeling projects. The low viscosity of Foster 40-51 allows it to be applied by hand or with virtually any type of airless spray system. Foster 40-51 appears white when wet but dries to a clear finish allowing the original surface to be visible beneath the coating. It has a water resistant finish and is flexible and crack resistant. Foster 40-51 is ideal for use in a wide variety of applications including attics, wall cavities, crawl spaces, wood framing, floor joists, drywall and other building materials.
