CAP100-UV Air Purifier Three Stage Air Purification with Germicidal UV (UV-C) Disinfection Lamp
The CAP100-UV is a higher performance model with the same type of ultraviolet germicidal irradiation lamp that has been used in hospitals and other facilities for more than 60 years to kill bacteria, viruses and other microbial contaminants. The powerful CAP100-UV lamp blasts microbes as they pass the lamp in the air stream or are trapped on the special UV-resistant final filter.
The higher performance CAP100-UV is equipped with:
- An inexpensive 1"-deep large particle pre-filter to remove larger particles and extend the life of the final stage filter
- A special high-capacity, 5"-deep UV-resistant MERV 13 efficiency final filter that captures up to 99% of particles 6 microns or larger
- A powerful ozone-free germicidal UV disinfection lamp to irradiate and destroy allergy and asthma triggering microbes with every air cycle through the HVAC system

CAP100-UVP Air Purifier Three Stage Air Purification with Germicidal UV "Plus" Lamp for Air Disinfection and Enhanced Odor Control
The CAP100-UVP model combines the high-performance air filtration and germicidal UV disinfection of the CAP100-UV unit with the power of photolysis oxidation. This model is designed primarily for homes with odor problems caused by pets, cooking, smoking, VOC off-gases, etc. The UV "Plus" dual-output lamp generates a controlled amount of ozone (O3) gas designed to neutralize odor producing compound. The ozone gas breaks down quickly and then dissipates inside the HVAC ductwork.
The CAP100-UVP model is equipped with:
- An inexpensive 1"-deep large particle pre-filter to remove larger particles and extend the life of the final stage filter
- A high-capacity, 5"-deep UV-resistant MERV 13 efficiency final filter that captures up to 99% of particles 6 microns or larger

CAP100-U Air Purifier Two-Stage Air Purification
The CAP100-U is our base high-performance CAP100 Series model with a unique two-stage filtration system that effectively captures particulates and is the most economical to operate. The CAP100-U is designed for use in HVAC systems with up to 3 1/2 tons cooling capacity.
The CAP100-U features:
- An inexpensive 1"-deep large particle pre-filter to remove larger particles and extend the life of the final stage filter
- A high-capacity, 5"-deep final filter that meets ASHRAE Standard 52.2 MERV 11 efficiency standards
- Captures up to 98% of airborne particles that are 6 microns or larger in diameter
- Easy filter access
- Conversion modules available for later upgrade to a CAP100-UV (germicidal UV) or CAP100-UVP (UV "Plus") model
